HEY YOU!. yeah you. I bet some of you who are reading this slipped up today. maybe you just couldn’t resist the temptation of that cookie or those chips. You might have even gotten lazy and not worked out today. You feel like a failure but let me tell you something. You aren’t one. I have been 70% committed to losing weight for the past few weeks. Yes I’m being healthy, but i end up binging at night or losing hope when i step on the scales and there is nada change.

This is what real food looks like.

You don’t need to starve yourself in order to lose weight. And you don’t need to feed yourself crappy “300-calorie” frozen dinner packages. All you need are wholesome foods and balanced meals.

Rethink what goes into your mouth and how you fuel your body. Rethink how you’re taking care of yourself.

I’ve been eating so much lately and I have no idea how to get back on track. Someone help me?

I’m going on a skiing holiday on saturday and I’m hoping all the exercise will motivate me to eat better, but could someone please please please send me a motivational message or just something? It would mean the world to me.
